Terms of Service
Last updated:
1. About these terms and who is responsible
These terms apply to your use of PrivaPress (“the service”), image and video tools that run in your web browser.
The party responsible for the service (“the operator”) is:
- Operator: PrivaPress (pixnelo.com)
- Contact email: si2666760@gmail.com
2. The service and its beta status
The return evidence video tool splits and re-encodes videos with overlapping footage. Presets are starting settings, not verified official platform limits. Keep the original recording and inspect every output, including sound and timing. The tool does not certify authenticity, evidentiary value or acceptance by a marketplace.
The service lets you compress, convert and resize images, crop, rotate, split and add text or shapes to a picture, remove file metadata, remove small objects (beta), and prepare images for online marketplaces. The work is done in your browser on your device.
The service is a beta. Features, results and availability can change, be interrupted or be withdrawn at any time.
Speed and the largest files that can be handled depend on your device and browser.
3. Marketplace specifications are for reference only
Image sizes, formats and limits shown for online marketplaces are reference information only. No marketplace rule has been verified yet, and the specifications are not guaranteed to match any platform’s official requirements.
Marketplaces change their rules without notice. Check the platform’s official requirements before you upload.
A processed image may still be rejected by a platform. The operator is not responsible for that.
4. Results and your original files
Output quality and file size can change between versions of the service, and a result can differ from what you expect, including being larger than the original.
To protect your work:
- Keep your original files. Do not delete them because a processed copy exists.
- Check each result (quality, colours, orientation) before you use or publish it.
- Very large images can fail or be slow, especially on devices with little memory.
5. What metadata removal covers
Metadata removal removes file metadata such as EXIF data and GPS location tags from the output file.
It does not remove or change what is visible in the image itself, such as faces, text, licence plates, signs, landmarks or screenshots. You are responsible for checking the picture before you share it.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- process images you have no right to use, or infringe the rights of others
- create or distribute unlawful content
- attack, overload or interfere with the service or its hosting
- send automated or excessive requests to the service
- misuse the service in any other way that is unlawful or harms others
7. Your content and intellectual property
Your images remain yours. They are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to the service. You are responsible for having the rights to the images you process.
The service’s name, design and own code belong to the operator or its licensors. Open-source components are provided under their own licences, which are listed on the open-source licences page.
8. No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. This includes any warranty that it is error-free, uninterrupted, suitable for a particular purpose, or that results meet a marketplace’s requirements.
This does not affect any warranty or right that the law does not allow to be excluded.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost data, lost sales, or images rejected by a marketplace. Rights that cannot be limited by law, such as mandatory consumer rights, are not affected.
Liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow to be limited is not limited by these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
The operator may update these terms. The version published on this page applies from its effective date.
11. Governing law and disputes
Governing law: the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live are not affected.
